Grass Tiles is the first single from Tileset, an EP of experimental electronic music by Patrick LeMieux channeling chill video game vibes and exploring procedurally generated beats. With a K.K. Slider-like vocaloid rapping over an up-tempo lo-fi hiphop groove, this track signals both nostalgia for stay-at-home school days and a future of working from home. After Grass Tiles, a second single, Snow Drift, will be released on all platforms on September 30 before Tileset drops Friday, October 7.
